Grills Terms and Conditions

Read Before Purchasing – Terms of Service

Please read carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. A separate checkbox confirmation is required at checkout, and signed consent forms may also be collected at your moulding appointment.

Terms of Service – Deposits & Payments 

Deposit Policy

  • All monies paid before or during the moulding appointment are strictly classed as a non-refundable deposit.

  • This deposit covers costs including, but not limited to:

    • Precious metals, stones, and other raw materials

    • Labor time and design preparation

    • Studio and operational expenses

  • By booking an appointment and/or paying a deposit, the customer agrees that these funds are used immediately toward the preparation and creation of their custom piece, and therefore cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Custom Work Acknowledgement

  • Each grill or jewelry piece is custom-made to order based on the customer’s unique mould, specifications, and requests.

  • Due to the personal and bespoke nature of the product, all sales are final once the moulding process begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations forfeit the deposit, as funds will already have been committed to materials and preparation.

Final Balance

  • The final balance (if applicable) must be paid in full before collection or shipment of the finished piece.

  • Failure to pay the balance will result in the product being withheld until payment is received.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the bespoke nature of this product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the mould has been taken and work has commenced.

  • Grills are guaranteed to fit the mould provided. If, after an adaptation and fitting appointment, the grills still do not fit, we will remake the piece.

  • Many grills fit without adhesive; however, some customers may require Fixodent or Poli-Grip to secure them.

  • Customers must attend a fitting session with our trained staff before a remake can be processed.

  • Grills are handmade articles. Slight variance in design, finish, or appearance may occur due to the hand-crafted process and the natural alignment of your teeth. Refunds or remakes will not be provided in these cases, but we will work with you to adapt the design where possible.

Time Frames

  • Standard grills are typically completed within 14-28 days but in some circumstances can take up to 14 weeks for more complex designs.

  • Due to the meticulous 5-stage process, which requires extremely low tolerances, some pieces may need to be restarted to meet our quality standards.

  • High order volumes or complex designs may extend production times.

  • Refunds cannot be offered due to variations in time frames.

1. Fashion Use Only

Our grills are intended solely for cosmetic and fashion purposes. They are not dental devices and do not replace dental treatment or care.

2. Wear Guidelines

  • Do not wear grills while eating, drinking, sleeping, or during physical activity.

  • Limit wear to short periods.

  • If discomfort, irritation, or other issues arise, discontinue use immediately.

3. Fit & Responsibility

  • Grills are created and fitted in-store. Once you have left, we do not accept responsibility for fit-related issues.

  • If grills are damaged, we may assist with repair where possible.

  • Poorly fitted or misused grills can cause discomfort or damage to teeth. Customers wear them at their own risk.

4. No Liability

By purchasing from FORMES, you agree that use of grills is entirely at your own risk. We accept no liability for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are encouraged to maintain good oral hygiene and consult a dental professional if uncertain.
